Kristen Monroe, president, has been developing and maintaining web pages since 2000. Ultimate Web Design, LLC was established in 2005. The company is located in Marshalltown, Iowa. Ultimate Web Design, LLC is experienced in web page development such as online promotion, graphic design, and ecommerce.

Kristen Monroe graduated Marshalltown Community College with a 3.96 GPA from the Computer Applications Specialist program.  She holds the Microsoft Access 2000 Certification, Microsoft Word 2000 Expert Certification, and the Microsoft Excel Expert Certification.  She sits on the Marshalltown Community College Computer Applications and Office Administration Advisory Committee.

Ultimate Web Design offers different methods of training and covers a variety of training needs.  Kristen instructs Web Design in a class room setting through Iowa Valley Continuing Education.  One-on-One Training and Need Specific Video Tutorials are also available.
