The Marshalltown Young Professionals honored the nominees of this year's Times-Republican 30 under 40 publication on Thursday, August 23 at Memories Banquet and Reception Hall.
"Many of our members are former or current 30 under 40 nominees," said Rusty Feldman, MYP president. "It's a nice way for us to honor other young professionals doing good things at work and in our community."
Each year, the Times-Republican reaches out to the public for nominations of individuals under 40 years of age that are either in leadership roles or are emerging leaders at their workplace, volunteer opportunities and community.
"We really appreciate the TR partnering with us on this event. It was great to have so many people in one room that are really making a difference in the Marshalltown area," said Feldman.
